We found a couple of days ago that my elderly relative's door wouldnt stay shut - managed to lock a deadbolt for the night and rang the following morning. We were relieved when Chris was able to come the day we rang and we didn't have to hang around waiting. Not only did he change the yale lock, but it turned out the door had also twisted. He adjusted the hinges and made sure all the other locks on the door were adjusted to fit with it. So greatful for the care and attention given, and shocked by how little he was charging. Excellent work, excellent value for money, and have already recommended to friends.

I got home from work late and the front door lock broke. Just what I wanted. I panicked because it was late and we couldn't lock the door. I've never used CJW before but gave them a call. Really helpful over the phone in diagnosing the problem and came out straight away. He had replaced my lock and tidied up the rest of the door so it was smoother within an hour of me calling. Price was the most competitive by FAR. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I highly recommend them.
